They witnessed it worked. My guess is if it proved to work and this current shell goes dead faster than They think, they may shorten the cycle. If they have made lots of money, ran out of money going to casino, cruise, buying Benz, they will hope diehard to do it again. I don't think it will happen in another 16 months. They will run out money less than a year.
