ITSI still stuck in the mud although bid has come up nicely still, I have another bid in for 17 cents in case someone out there wants to give any away at that low price, this one will take some patience but I'm betting before the end of this year they get at least some $million or 2 contracts, even this would make it 50 cent bidding immediately imo , looking to see this thing some day trade at 2-6 dollars , hopes.
