IMO. Dilution - either fresh from the press or matured restricted. I think restricted shares are comming free trading. I think more restricted shares are maturing in the next 2 Q's.

It is my understanding that "buys" and "sells" are transactions sorted by price. ANY transaction (buy or sell) at the bid shows up as a sell while any transaction (buy or sell) at the ask shows up as a buy. If the transaction price is between bid and ask, then the transaction shows up as unknown.
