assyria will rise... What is your take on the FDA not being able to open the images.In jan the FDA asked for a whole new submission with the addition of the radiologist reports. It was my understanding that they only sent back the answers to the new reviewer's questions but we now find out that I3 included the old reviewer's questions and answers. The FDA told them that they were starting new so why not just send them what they had asked for? IMO the review team will go through the July 5th submission all over again and who knows how long that will take. I would love to see Dean go into this years RSNA with approval. I am hopeful that we will get out of FDA hell soon, I am here trying to stay cool till then.
