According to the letter issued to the Massachusetts Division of Energy Resources a few weeks ago, it looks like no grandfathering.

I am sure that will find its way to court, but as Ware isn't currently operating, and not owned by LLEG, I think they would have a very hard time proving they were entitle to any special consideration.
