That is a very poor line or reasoning to use to support belief in a subpenny stock. That it is ok to hide status of business because someone may bash it.

Our scenario:
Ok I have a stock I want you to invest in. But I won't tell you what the company is because there are some mean spirited people trashing it. But believe me it is worth your hard earned money. It really is a $3 stock and you can have it for pennies. But don't ask me to show you why it is a $3 stock.....

Sound familiar? You really want to buy a stock like that?
