I guess you can think of something demmo
mabe when the buyback took place he could mange buying , and now as things evolves and new kits and tests over the corner, more money needed, maybee more employees maybe moving to a larger plant
not every increase in shares has to be bad.

When bigger revenues will pour, I agree that it won't hurt to retire some of those shares.
