Remember this is the pinks. Every trade is between a buyer and an MM or a seller and an MM. The 860K share trade looked like a sell but you never know. It looked like a sell because it went off at the offer. MM's in the pinks don't like to hold inventory (the ones that do won't be around long) so if an MM is holding stock and you bid at the offer often you'll get it. If the 860K share trade was a buy that's likely what happened because it wasn't preceded or followed by an equal amount of shares at a higher price, at least that I saw.
