Would Monkingbird Gold, Inc. be a sub corp of Hunt Gold? I don't see any hint of Hunt Gold other than they have the same people involved. One million shares of common stock issued. No assets are mentioned.
at one time there was an aggressive attempt between FFGO and HGLC to out own, out manuever and ultimately hold the controlling shares of the AU assets. it has been a while (2 yrs.) since I had the conversations, but I do have an old source who will gladly "remind" me of how it went. Let me get back to you on this. Do know that at one time I was told " these guys are the real deal- lots of bucks here". That is something I definitely believe otherwise I would not have invested in the "sisters". I believe my source.
