They have no way to harvest it. This is how they did it last year:

They showed a harvester at the NAA show last year. If it worked, it would be sitting under the biocam, front and center, right now.

PBR2 is purely a publicity stunt.

I am willing to agree that is always possible but what do you think they are doing with all the algae in those tubes? They have to take it out or it would grow into a solid mass.
