Katx sold them an asset, Handcamp, for shares in BVIG/KATG. If you were in before the deal date you still own a percentage of Handcamp but it is with the your new shares of BVIG.

The BVIG filing.....Ken does not claim ownership of the shares,but,that does not change anything involving with the share distribution.

We are getting a distribution of shares from the newly capitalized BVIG. Ken will also get shares. I think he owns 165,000,000 of the 600,000,000 katx share outstanding.

In the end you end up with the same ownership % of katx as you previously had and also an ownership in BVIG. I can't recall the share count at BVIG. Whatever that is, you own a qty equal to 1 share for every 4 shares of KATX you owned at the EOD on July 16th.
