Name change is likely and has to happen at some point, he's operating from an old shell.

Ceo has indicated no plans for a reverse split

If and when the name change happens, it'll happen when KG wants it to happen. I'm seeing the EXACT same thing happening with ZLUS* right now. A new company with a new name starting up through and old shell with the same old ticker symbol.
