Lets say you bought 5000000 shares at .0002 that will cost 1000 bucks. If it drops to .0001 you will be at 50% down ( 500 bucks ).

The company can actually do a reverse split and lets say they do a 1000 to 1 you will now have 5000 shares still valued at 500 bucks total. Math: 500/5000 = .10 per share.

The company continues to mess up or decide to liquidate again and the price falls to lets say .05 per share, you are now worth $250 bucks. This is how it works to wipe you out and there is nothing you can do in pinky land about it except sell and get out while you have time.

Larry,
If there are no buyers at 0.0001, or there is a halt in trading, yes, then your stock is worth "0".

Otherwise, it can only be worth less than 0.0001 if they do a reverse split, giving you less shares at a higher price per share...then, if those shares go down, your original investment goes lower than 0.0001...

Sincere Cheers, Welcome, &GLTU
