Without any news we are stuck as to whether those numbers on the pink slip site are up to date or not. I do not expect them to update the numbers daily. The period of time that elapsed between the last time they updated the outstanding share/float numbers on the pink slip site was over three months.
I do believe we have a right to know immediately when and if they do something that dilutes the outstanding shares or effects the all important float number. The topic of dilution has been the major speculation today on this board---have they or have they not diluted our shares today. I am going out on a limb and say no, but if they have then they should disclose it immediately.
The problem I have is every senerio that I can come up with for the very high volume today, including dilution would cause the price of the stock to go down and it is up and so far staying up. Hummm, and I have been wondering why volume has been increasing without any news. 41 million yesterday or the day before and some decent volume days last week for no news being out.
If it is bad news like dilution maybe there will be a press release after the markets close. If there is no press release explaining today, Maybe some of you should hit them with a polite question about dilution.
