I have gotten in touch with them too many times and now I am probably considered a pest. But, on occassion they still get back to me. I do not know how many questions I have left before they tell me to shut-up so I am not willing to ask them your question. Sorry--and because I do not think the dilution question to be that big of a deal at this stage in the game with them.
BUT---it has been my experience that if you use the "contact us" e-mail service on the investor relations page of their web-site you will usually get an answer within a couple of days. e-mail CTYX, not big apple.
I am fairly certain that all relevant e-mails sent to any CTYX web address will eventually be read by their CEO, Ronn. He does have a good habit of responding.
Also...Please insure you are polite and ask a pertinent question.
