#16693 RE: Howardhaftel #16689

First, I would never deliberately create, misquote, or take numbers out of context. But I can make mistakes, and am open to factual correction.

Secondly, my source is EEGC's website, Project Update tab:

http://www.empireenergy.com/projectupdate.php

At the bottom of that tab, you will find the RPS Energy Competent Persons Report dated 23 October, 2008.

It is in four pdf sections, probably for data file size reasons:

- Pages 1 and 2 (pages 7-9 of the first section pdf file) contain the Executive Summary, and the 'mean estimates' therein are as you have quoted: 359M Bbl for Bellevue, and 88M Bbl for Thunderbolt. It also contains the summary quoted COS definition and numbers (2% for Bellevue, 0.72% for Thunderbolt)

- Sections 2 through 4 contain discussion of the individual prospects in excruciating detail. Page 49 (page 21 of the second pdf file) has the quoted detailed back up for the Bellevue COS calculations, plus the volume estimates which tie to the summary.

Please review, and if I have misquoted or mis-interpreted anything, advise.

BTW, it would be great if you would provide a link to the nine page December 23, 2009 report you reference; I looked for it but could not find it on the website. However, since you are quoting the same mean estimates as the RPS Energy report on the website, I am GUESSING that you have been looking at some sort of summary of the RPS Energy report. Does the report you have seen include the quoted Chances of Success, sometimes referred to (see the Executive Summary prospect summary table) as Risk Factors?
