One of the nicest things about oil exploration in Tasmania is that economy is completely dependent on other world wide sources for it's petroleum needs. The oil can stay in Tasmania/Australia and become the major supplier for the region. Oil that doesn't have to travel by boat long distances means lower costs and higher profit margins... I see a bright future here for EEGC when they start producing domestic oil supplies...

IMO Empire will have a lot of problems finding a rig in Australia that is avaliable and can drill to the required depth.
