Dont mean to argue but it does say the CEO is trying to go private into a new company that seems to have his name all over it...... but not yours.
Basically stealing whats left of this thing and taking it elsewhere. I'm sure his investor friends just made another furtune running this up again. Looks like they are milking this for whats left before hitting the road.
Sure they will open up somewhere else and do it all over again. Seems to be the American Capitalist way these days.
Just look at all the ads saying "if you owe this much we can let u out by paying this much" Why wouldn't people take advantage of it if the law allows them to do it and get away with it.
Make a ton of money.....run up debt...claim BK....do it all over again. Love the stock market.
