What do you make of today's filing for INBG...is raising the O/S usually standard procedure in shell reverse mergers to pay off the acquiring company?

Or is it simply an excuse for raising the O/S to further dilute and line the CEO's pockets, when the merger will likely not even happen?

Are you optimistic of the merger coming through?
