Of course, because if the share price was at .02 that would mean they are doing something right. Unfortunately they are dropping the ball and therefore the share price is miles from .02.

Right THIS would have been at .02 had they not diluted the shares everytime a PR is released.

Now it is beyond repair with so many float shares out there
