Not sure I understand your meaning. However, if you contact the SEC or any other entity ASFX claims to have past or ongoing association to or with, in order to verify or seek info, it is clearly DD. Why would anyone suggest you are 'bugging' the SEC? makes no sense to me. It seems more like we are being discouraged from drawing attention to ASFX by the SEC regardless of the subject. Any sincere attempt to do so is perfectly acceptable and no one should be discouraged or chasrtised for doing so. ANY Dd on any pink such as ASFX should always be encouraged and appreciated!
