He probably read the PR's. After all, this company will probably be making a revenue share over time in the tens of millions of dollars a year on the concord dome alone. And with potential of the existing wells on Concord Dome to ultimately yield over 1 million barrels of oil along with over another million in the surrounding area. Wow!!!!
So why wouldn't he say that? Unless those PR's are merely "forward looking statements" that may prove wrong with no responsibility to report otherwise if they are wrong.
