What you are saying is SEVU & Rich have failed to keep shareholders informed on how he spends our money & shares?
I posted and reposted due to the fact that no reasonable answer had come to light. Please note I included some reference links to demonstrate the confusion regarding this purchase.
This will be my last post on this issue. I hoped for a real answer, I guess you are right. Only Rich himself has the answer and we are not privvy being we are only lowly shareholders?
If the 10k is going to be late when does SEVU have to alert the public? The last day it is due?
What about a warning on earnings? They are not required to disclose a shortfall?
I do not intend to imply the numbers will be late or fall short, I just wonder when said problems would have to be disclosed to the public?
