Are you new in the stockmarket? Since when is debt of this size a criteria to value a listed company with 100 restaurants like a small company with 1 employee like the one I am running?! Debt is normal at microcaps - especially if it is a growth story like SPKL ! Would you avoid EVERY listed stock with such debt? So.....why are you here if this company is overvalued and if you do not like the management, the size of the salaries, etc.etc ? Don't you think you might better invest in midcaps with reduced risk ? LOL
