You have to see all the RSI imo

RSI(14)=48.29 ... this is more for long term hold
RSI(7)= 60.75 ... this is for a short term hold

Both are under 80, which is a oversold mark and that looks really good.

I like that EFIR is going up on very health volume of about 15M shares.
