Let's take a look at was (sic) has happened;)

NOTH - ING! ZIP-NADA (Spanish), NIC (Polish), NIENTE (Italian)

Sorry, can't find Chinese, but in any language it all translates the same - NOTH - ING. Form does not rule over substance and this is all form.

Let's look at what REALLY happened:

1) FINALLY finished 2008 numbers. 2008 likely had little to no activity. It's 2010 - the interest is on shareholder equity - share classes, rights, financial statement disclosures. All the stuff everyone is wondering about in regards to assuaging fears that something may, or may not be, amiss.

2) we intend to fast-track our work. Whoop dee doo. "Intend"??? WHAT...IS...THAT?"???

3) expects to announce shortly. It's "complete"??? Is that a joke??? HAS to be. "Expect" is VERY different than "complete"...VERY.

4) "We remain anxious to move forward" Wow! When you quote "plants will bloom," are you referring to an algae bloom? HOWEVER, every legit shareholder IS anxious as to why the corporate books can't be reviewed. WHY??? Hostility? They have a LEGAL right to see them. "Hostility" is IRRELEVANT.

5) in a 'going private' type transaction. That's gonna require shareholder approval. What were the terms of that "going private" transaction. The pr indicated a possibility of going private. Were they offering 50cents per share??? Hmmm, apparently shareholders will never know. If it comes out now, it's lost its credibility.

6) Who determined "fair value?" What's the value of a company 2 years behind in it's financials? Was this "fair value" disclosed to the shareholders? How was it determined what is fair value? ANYONE hear anything as to what was offered? Didn't think so.

Wonder if any civil suits have started. "shotgun wedding" is just an ABSOLUTE embarrassment. A pr should be sent out apologizing for using embarrassing terminology. ALL JMHO.

Things are looking so great that the stock did nothing on a good day and two hot PRs.In fact ,I had to hold it up with my purchase of one million shares.Where are all the bulls on this great day???
