I was walking the dog yesterday and a condo built in the 1980's 3br 2ba attached 2 car garage has asking price of $395,000 here in San Diego. I sure am glad I own my house because I'd be moving out of here otherwise.

Hi TJ: One of the greatest inventions of man is the condo. They used to be called "apartments" wherein rent was collected each month. Then some sharpie, likely a Street type said, "Say, lets plug a new name on it and get ALL the money Right Now." The first name they came up with was Ruby Tuesday. Lotta tomato tossing with that name. CONDO stuck.
