It's hard to tell what they have or don't have. It appears from some previously posted articles involving one of our new hires that the road to getting carriers is extremely difficult. However, at the CC, the company reported that negotiations were going very well and Frank mentioned somewhere else down the line that it was nice that people were coming to him instead of the other way around. Add to the mix that the Holy Trinity of Qnsiders has reported that the deals with major carriers are already in the bag and it gets even more complex. It seems that the Q has the programming to be a viable network. Now, do they have the money, clout and connections to get the carriers so that people can subscribe and watch. That's the million dollar question.
