I thought the June MOR came out during the trade, but you're right.

Maybe I also confused it with the May MOR (like Beardeus), but probably I didn't look at the timing, 'cause here in Europe it was already evening then...

There is a reason it did not go to 1 cent. This was just panic amongst some shareholders. There is a possibilty that JO does not want to throw everbody under the bus. It could very well be that the POR does not cancel common for pre-petition shareholders. It would not go well if he cancelled the common of investors who just exchanged there bonds for cash & securities. Maybe some investors are thinking the common is not doomed. I do not know and am not convinced of anything yet. I do know and posted it this am that we will will rebound because it was an overeaction to the news as you pointed out.
