Right, so why aren't we seeing inflation in the cost of goods? The amount of money that was lost in the meltdown is much greater of what the governments around the world can print. Ultimately you can print so much. Eventually you either face higher borrowing costs or hyperinflation.

Looks like the bond market is afraid of deflation at a current time this is why all the big money is chasing bonds as there has been serious outflow of money from the markets over the past year.
