I don't think we will move higher without more talk of microbes being used for spill cleanup, PR from US Microbics, or another storm. This is a good time to reload if you find a price you are comfortable at. There are some great people on this board with much more insight than me.

Well, I have counted 19 new Hurricane names,still to come and this is the end of July,so strap yourself in.Aug,and Sept. are the highest hit months for hurricanes.So lets say thats 60 days approx. with 19 Canes.If you want to sell I'll BUY.
