IMO kept promises does not equal higher PPS. I am not even sure that releasing a name of a new carrier would equal higher PPS. IMO what will equal higher PPS is a press release that tells us how many subscribers qbid has, and a realistic projection of additional subscribers, and then of course revenues generated from the subscribers, and of the icing would be profits. IMO until these happen the PPS will continue to decrease by .0001 every couple of days. Just like the table below.
