I do not believe any revisions have been made public yet. It is easier said than done from K&E , imo. They were given very explicit instructions to make the language , and consequences, of equity voting yes or no clear in the revisions. That is the last thing they want to do, and based on past performance will do so grudgingly and just to the limit of the law. They do not want you clear on what you are voting for or they would have done so the first time. This isn't their first rodeo with a BK disclosure statement.
