zeki, MAIN China merger news is about to hit through shortly;

- Welcome Place merger pending / awaiting update on that front - should add up some substantial value to UWRL, too;

- VU365 ditto; this one is in the final stage of completion, should follow through any day now

- GGER already came through

- Main China Green merger still remains to be announced and will bring us about $5-10 Million in revenues plus the assets of the same.

- UWRL striving to remove CE symbol on Pinksheets (for whichever reason it was labeled)
