CHBT no real reason to short here, unless you want to lose money

Not short much. Just playing the BS SAIC trade. Ironically it is one of my favorites. I do think that CHBT should be a GeoBargain, heading into 2011.

I will likely cover today, as after DD over the weekend I am becoming less convinced of the fraud camps claims. I wrote an article on the topic of SAIC I will be releasing, hopefully later today. It will cover the for and against fraud case.

"My current read on it: Other than a perception issues i have not been able to really side with the fraud case as of yet. Many just don't appear to match. I can see fraud if it were just a handful of stocks, but for most not to match means that Auditors really screwed up. Can we really believe that?"

One thing is for sure.. We have not seen the end of fraud articles on companies that don’t match.
