SVP and Canyon haven't raised anything as far as the judge is concerned, and the judge's opinion is the only one that matters right now. A "barrelfull of outs" is not a commitment, they're blowing it for everyone imo.
The BOD has fulfilled their fiduciary duty as far as they're concerned, especially since the only thing that threatens their moves is a "barrelfull of outs".
FYI, they were laughing when they walked out of court the other day. Laughing.
SVP and Canyon are acting like 'wannabes'. The only thing worse than a 'has been' is a 'never was'. If this is a war, we're in trouble because SVP and Canyon couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.
