I don't believe stock options for IM is the proof needed, options are pretty routine for execs to make company success more valuable to the ship's captain. But if it goes nowhere the captain has still made enough to live comfortably. It's just an added bonus, nothing to guarantee this is where he makes his money.
The proof we need is whatever this transaction is.
IMO, this transaction will be capital infusion from a different VC...except this time it will be a VC with some sort of Neustar affiliation...b/c, again my opinion, Neustar's clearinghouse goes nowhere without NEOM IP...so Neustar has an interest to help NEOM keep it's doors open.
