yes, they can just walk into it, but my point is the risk NAK runs is about the upside, not the downside, of drilling. e.g, if they hit a huge vein of copper while doing a JV with LBSR, and all indications are suddenly that one corner of LBSR's BCSP could be bigger than all of pebble combined, then NAK just made a mistake by not buying out liberty sooner, and cheaper, when they had the chance.

my scenario above relates to why NAK might want to purchase BCSP, in its entirety, as a speculative move.
