If you have invested for sometime you would know that, even if a company does impliment a RS, the AS remains the same.
(Hence if Mr. Bradley performed a RS today, the AS would still remain at 1.5B and the OS would drop considerably. Of course dependent on the ratio used at the time.
Furthermore a RS requires a majority vote by the stock holders.
At least be honest in regards to the topic. That would be the fair thing to do.
