Exactly. This confirms what the engineers say, From your link:

"covering a 77,525 square foot area"
"the most efficient solar panels systems available on the commercial market"
"The SCVMC solar power system is expected to generate approximately 10% of the SCVMC campus energy needs"

So, according to their statement, full power would take 775,525 square feet plus surge demand. That is over 18 acres for a small hospital. And, it was in California where at the time the state had the money to heavily subsidize it.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of solar power and even government subsidizing of research to make it economical. But, there is some uncertainty in building a business model based on it.
A lot of us made tens of millions on ethanol from corn when it was being heavily subsidized but we had the sense to get out before that business model totally crashed.
Not trying to argue or start a fight, just trying to understand the AEGY model better.
