souz, doesn't make any sense to me. IF it was HTDS management's objective to take this to trial, why waste time & heavy duty money that HTDS can ill afford to spend if they knew they could not get a definitive ruling? HTDS has little chance of getting anything from this judge as the judge didn't even act on HTDS's injunction motion.
