Agree 100%. I have always contended that there are a plethora of assets that have not been properly included in the A:L ratio. I am very intrigued to see how this will turn out.

I wonder if we can find billings from Gary Denke via Solomon! ::grins:: I hate to bring that up, but mineral rights could be in play (even though I have not seen "tangible" proof of this)
