It is what it is, an open market buy by an insider, strongly suggesting a development or two has occurred that warrants further investing in the company. Plain....and simple.

"Let's keep the insider buying by Bruce in perspective:"

Good point! What insider would continue to buy (especially, open market) shares if he knew the company was toast, as 'some' like to suggest?

IMO, most of the >.10 shares traded recently were due to panic/fear of CTGI being 'toast', as some postors like to suggest.

The lack of volume strongly signifies few shares to be had in the low teens since the insider buy, and if the .145 'wall' is as thin as the .13's were, then undoubtedly, a certain amount of confidence has returned whereby the vast majority contends to hold tight. Also no doubt, I'm sure a large part of the float is waiting for a return to $$, even if they/we have to wait for it.

In regards to the unexplained 25M new shares, as much as I've hammered the CFO about this, I've never been given a full & clear accounting for them. I don't like that anymore than any other retail investor, but I'm willing to live with it since CTGI still isn't a diluting pig like most other pinkies. Face it, 74M o/s after 10 years and no r/s?

Who you kiddin'?
