"Genuine Broadcasting National TV Networks do not trade for less than a buck a share."

Yep - And I believe brokers usually cite "Earnings" as the single most important common ingredient that can force MM's to unbridle these little companies and let them fly. And you apparently don't even have to have to have positive earnings if you're a developmental company just starting out.

Here's a blurb from an online finance dictionary on earnings:

<"Earnings - Revenues minus cost of sales, operating expenses, and taxes, over a given period of time. Earnings are the reason corporations exist, and are often the single most important determinant of a stock's price. Earnings are important to investors because they give an indication of the company's expected future dividends and its potential for growth and capital appreciation. That does not necessarily mean that low or negative earnings always indicate a bad stock; for example, many young companies report negative earnings as they attempt to grow quickly enough to capture a new market, at which point they'll be even more profitable than they otherwise might have been. also called income.">

Now in Q's case where we're not quite reporting yet with audited financials, I'm thinking that, maybe even beyond subscribership and celebrity signup news, the one thing that could really start the PPS flying is if we start to see some heavy duty earnings implications in the form PR's about big name sponsors and advertisers coming aboard.

On the one hand, this shows potential investors of Q that big name companies have enough confidence in Q that, if they put their money into Q, they will likely get even more back in terms of their own earnings potential.

But on the other hand and even more important, this will provide unambiguous evidence of an immediate and substantial revenue stream for Q, together with the distinct possibility for some really decent earnings from the get go as well.

What an unambiguous positive signal to prospective buyers in terms of them realizing that this little company could become a newly discovered breadwinner for them based on advertising contracts alone!

In fact, big advertising contracts for Q could become an even more compelling story than the SIRI experience.

Yep - Look for news about advertisers, sponsors, together with implied or explicit earnings potential - That may just be our signal to buckle up IMO.

whiznock...

It just doesn't make a damn bit of difference what any of us write,,,including me!

Yup, you're right!

Genuine Broadcasting National TV Networks do not trade for less than a buck a share.

That's just a fact.

Okay, I'll give you that one, since I'm too lazy to verify it.

QBID is established & in the birth stages of becoming a Genuine Broadcasting "Global" TV Network.

That's just another fact.

Whoops! Sorry, but I won't give you that one as "fact." It's totally your opinion, nothing more...nothing less.

I don't know exactly when but I do know QBID will trade for more than a dollar a share.

That's a very important fact.

Nope, sorry again, but you don't actually KNOW for sure that this one will ever trade for more than a dollar a share. So, NOT a fact! Simply your opinion.

As for launching, another "important fact," yup, we've launched all right...on RCN, in three cities! WOW! But, you are right on this one; it is indeed a "fact."

As for the rest of your rantings...
