IN MY COVER LETTER TO THE DEBTORS, CREDITORS COMMITTEE AND THE US TRUSTEE I AM PLANING TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE THIS -



Please find enclosed a draft copy of my Objection to the Disclosure Statement.


It was my intention to file my Objection to the Disclosure Statement once the Debtors filed a Motion to Approve the Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement.


Since, however, Mr. Miller - counsel for the Debtors - stated at the July 14, 2010 omnibus hearing that there will be a substantially revised Plan of Reorganization, he believed, and a new Disclosure Statement, I have decided to submit a draft copy of my Objection to the Disclosure Statement directly to the Debtors and the Official Creditors' Committee for consideration prior to any substantial revisions that may occur.


I am not at all happy with the inadequate representation by my Indenture Trustee - as I set out in one of my Objections - and I wish to be heard on behalf of myself and on behalf of several other Holders of LBHI's Capital Trust Preferred Securities that share my view.
