#25040 RE: etzetrade #25033

I disagree etzetrade. There very much IS a sense of urgency here. One that will grow even greater as we approach the 9/7 hearing date. If the examiner discovers nothing of true significance by that date (aa a result of delays thrown in his/her path, or the sheer difficulty of uncovering something that's been cleverly hidden for all these many months) then there will be TREMENDOUS pressure placed on Walrath to approve the current DS. TREMENDOUS. Make no mistake, BR achieved a significant TACTICAL victory in limiting the examiner's initial investigatory time to 40 or so days.

If I were Susman I would have Solomon and his ENTIRE crew working full-tilt, non-stop, in conjunction with the examiner, from now until 9/7 just in case the examiner finds nothing of significant import. If that happens then Solomon is our ONLY hope.

If not, then this case ends in mid-November and we walk away with $10 to $20 per share (if we're lucky).
