Since there has been some interest in Bonds, here is my Hurst phasing.
The first chart is a weekly chart of the 20/40 week FLD. The magenta line is the nominal 40 week FLD. The Magenta ellipse is the FLD price projection of the 40 week cyle. The price projection has already been met in the first 20 week cycle. I suspect that after the nominal 20 week low is in we will likely exceed this high.
The nominal 40 week cycle low was 4/07/10. The uptrend has been very strong. The 10 week VTL has been violated suggesting the high of the 20 week cycle was 7/1/10. A short term nominal 1.25 week is expected very soon and was likely the low yesterday. A bounce is to be expected but one that I would short coming into the 2.5 week low the first week of August. Then flip to long coming out of the final nominal 5 week low, but only for a short term trade as the 20 week low will be in about 1 month or so.
