Since I have never seen such an occasion, but based on other comparable things I've seen, I might buy such a story. Except for the focus a camera part.

You said the company had a camera as an asset. I assumed it was auto focus. Now I have to reevaluate the value of the company to about 30% of what I thought it was, also allowing for the irons that have likely melted by now from the years of being in the fire.
