You should look a little bit closer at the people involved. Fraud is a passion of mine (looking at it not doing it) I have not spent a lot of time on ONP but I would not touch it with a ten foot pole and if it popped up to where it used to be I would be short for sure. If you are worried about the title of a report while ignoring things like the customer list completely changing and the other very strong warning signs you are looking in the wrong places. The opportunity for fraud in these stocks is quite high and when you start seeing smoke billowing constantly the chances of fire are very high.
