Anything that can be construed, even remotely, as "excluding AMD from the market" should be deemed illegal.

Wouldn't that make AMD Management's decisions illegal?

At least SEC did not discover some OEMs who have been dropped AMD based products for years like Sony and Samsung. Let's hope Sony and Intel will not be charged by SEC.

BTW, Intel's marketing fund still works for Sony Style shop.

What I can find in this website are obsolote products for AMD Athlon.

http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=11039426#specifications

http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SearchCatalog?storeId=10151&langId=-1&catalogId=10551&in_dim_search=&keyword=AMD+Athlon&x=0&y=0

BTW, so far Newegg has some AMD based VAIO laptops.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=50011447&IsNodeId=1&Manufactory=11447&bop=And&SpeTabStoreType=0&SrchInDesc=AMD&Page=1&PageSize=20

It seems those AMD based VAIO laptops are the bastard children of Sony VAIO.

EDIT : in Sony UK which did contain Intel's logo, AMD based laptops are displayed.
